TERMS OF SERVICE

Payments

• Payments are accepted via PayPal ONLY! You may find a link to the official PayPal site via the link "Make A Payment" on the homepage.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin on your project
• You will be sent an invoice from Kingdom Creations Graphic Services via email.
• You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. There is an option on the invoice to pay via credit card, debit card, or electronic check.
• The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the job. (Please note your purchase will not be shipped to you until the remaining balance of the job is paid.)
• Additional charges (for graphics) will be applied if any images need to be purchased through a trusted online vendor.  (KCGS will not purchase any images until we have clients’ approval).
• Original image files will not be emailed until the full balance has been paid.

 

Communication

• KCGS uses email as our primary source of communication. We like to use the email correspondence as a reference for approval in order to begin working on a project. This helps KCGS keep things in order and to keep track of project details and answers to the many questions that we usually have for clients. But you don’t have to worry, Kingdom Creations Graphic Services will respond to your email within 24 hours.

  • Phone Consultations

  For first time clients who absolutely need to speak with me about a project – they will need to schedule that with me via email. My talk time is limited (due to hectic work schedule). However, I am available Monday through Friday between the times of 12:00pm and 8:00pm, Saturday 2:00pm-8:00 pm CST. The reason I ask you to schedule via email is to set aside at least 10-20 minutes to introduce myself, get to know you, and gain a detailed understanding of your business needs.

 

Design Process

• You will be required to schedule a detailed consultation with me to identify your needs. The initial estimated time frame will be extended if it is difficult to contact you during the design process. KCGS suggest that you provide your Twitter Name, Email address, Facebook Name, and phone number so that we have other means of contacting you. Kingdom Creations Graphic Services will provide an estimated price breakdown once we go over your complete design needs. Prices are subject to change.

  • Revisions/ Concepts
  Our prices include 2 major revision on the design of your choice. Each additional revision or new concept is $25. If you sign off on an image once we send you the finalized graphic image files and you request something to be changed or fixed – you will be charged for a revision (this does not include typos that may have been a mistake on our part).  Be sure to proof read before giving the go to finalize the design. Kingdom Creations Graphic Services is not responsible, neither can it be held liable for any errors reported once the final project is approved by the client.

 

Turnaround Time

• Please note: timeframes do not reflect printing of the project. These times are additional depending on your shipping needs.
  Typically, my clients wait time is 5 – 7 business days for small graphic projects. For larger projects (site builds) usually 3-4 weeks wait time, see designer for further details.  KCGS processes client requests in order of first come – first serve. If you are in a hurry and need something done within a week, we offer a special “Rush” pricing - you can read more about that below.

  Note from Andrew: “I work 2 jobs and head of household, so unfortunately things do come up and delays do happen – sickness or other uncontrollable events. I will be very clear with communication if, by chance, anything does come up that causes your project to be delayed. And even if there was a delay, it would never be more than a few days to a week at most.”

 

Rush Requests

• Rush jobs are only for print base projects. If you are in a rush and need a project completed right away, we offer special “rush rates” where we can promise that your project would be moved to the front of the line and done within a 3 day time frame. You would be charged an additional 50% on the total. So if the project is normally $150, with the rush fee, the project would total $200.

 

 

Confidentiality

• Customer and Designers acknowledge and agree that the Specifications and all other documents and information related to the development of the Project, excluding however, Customer's Proprietary Material, (the "Confidential Information") will constitute valuable trade secrets of Designers. Customer shall keep the Confidential Information in confidence and shall not, at any time during or after the term of this Agreement, without Designer's prior written consent, disclose or otherwise make available to anyone, either directly or indirectly, all or any part of the Confidential Information.
